Yes. Our classes are welcoming to beginners as well as students with previous experience. We aim to create a supportive environment where each participant can move at their own pace and grow in confidence over time.
We recommend registering in advance to secure your spot, especially for popular classes. Advance booking also helps us prepare the best experience for everyone attending.

Most BARIRA classes run for approximately 60 minutes. This gives you enough time to warm up, move through the main class, and finish with stretching or relaxation.
Wear clothing that allows you to move comfortably and freely. For fitness-based classes, breathable activewear is ideal. Depending on the class, bare feet, grip socks, or indoor workout shoes may be recommended.
