Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you are new to class, arriving a few minutes early is always helpful.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes, giving you enough time to warm up, move through guided practice, and finish with mindful relaxation.
